This is a view from the south as the library looks today. The South Addition blocks out most of the older facade. The long metal roof that runs from the top left of the addition is a clerestory and brings light into the Wallace Atrium. Other floors were planned for the South Addition, but the idea of expanding the Library was shelved indefinitely in the 1990's.
