EndNote Web is especially beneficial if you do your research on multiple computers. By linking the EndNote program on your computer with your EndNote web account, you can sync or share references between computers and/or between EndNote and EndNote Web.
EndNote Web is web-based so no installation is required. You do not need to have the EndNote program installed on your computer to use EndNote Web. EndNote Web is a simplified version of EndNote, but it also works with Word and can be used to add citations to Word documents after installing a CWYW plug-in. You can also install a Firefox add-on that will capture and save references for you as you research.
