Adding a librarian with a Librarian user role in Canvas
A librarian can be added to a One Canvas course for the Mizzou campus once they have completed FERPA training https://umsystem.percipio.com .
The process is as follows:
- Faculty member/librarian decide together the role is needed
- Librarian (cc’ing faculty), or faculty (cc’ing librarian) email libwebmaster@umsystem.edu
- Use university email address to send the email
- include course and section information in the email
- Request will be reviewed and assuming it is approved the request will be forwarded to Canvas administrators
