• Collaborative application with video, chat, and file sharing.

 Microsoft OneDrive

• Microsoft's online storage.

Suggested Use: This is a place to keep files and photos to access from any device, even offline.

 Google Drive

• Google's online storage which allows users to name drafts and collaborate in time without downloading.

Suggested Use: Create and share documents to be edited by a group in time or to keep track of changes made between drafts. It also has a type with your voice feature.

Tip: The first 15 GB of storage are free with a Google account.

Dropbox

• Dropbox features storage of up to 3 TB (3,072 GB) and version history and file recovery for up to 120 days.

Suggested Use: Use for storing a large volume of documents.

Suggested Use: Collaborate anywhere with G Suite by co-editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations in real-time as well as managing your assignments.
