FOLIO: Quesnelia Release Information

FOLIO now on Quesnelia

Our FOLIO tenant was successfully upgraded to Quesnelia on Sunday, November 11 at 8am.

Agreements

• Profile picture for user records (Must be setup by EBSCO)

Data Import

• Intermittent issues overlaying single record using single record import
• Jobs initiated after a job cancellation are slow
• Fields removed during data import even if the mapping allows these fields to be updated
• When updating a SRS record using a match on 035$a with a qualifier on the incoming MARC record, the match fails.
• Field order in updated MARC record is different from order of record in .mrc file

eHoldings

• Search result is no displayed after user switch to another app from Package record

Inventory

• Volumes not sorted in enumeration column
• Deletion of MARC holdings is not synchronized between Inventory and SRS.

Orders

• Order line status not updated when paying one-time order against previous fiscal year

Receiving

• Empty holdings record (that users are unable to delete) after changing holdings location
