Lists (Beta)
With this new app, users are able to create their own lists using queries in FOLIO using a user-friendly interface. With the initial release, users will be able to obtain the following record information:
- loans (user, instance, item)
- items (item; instance)
- users
For example, weeding and shelf lists can be created and exported to CSV file format. Delivered reports include "expired patron loans" and "missing items".
In future releases, additional fields will become available, including MARC fields, with the ultimate goal being to include all fields.
