New Librarian Information: Statistics

Reference Statistics

Use this for all questions that you receive – reference desk, phone calls, office visits, consultations, direct email, virtual reference service (SMS, chat, LibAnswers and ellisref email), etc.  Each person is responsible for adding records for every transaction they have.

LibGuide Statistics

You can view statistics on how often your LibGuides are viewed. When logged into your LibGuide account, click "statistics" on the top toolbar. From there, you can view statistics for your guides.

For individual guides, you can also see what pages are viewed and what links people are clicking on. When viewing statistics, click on a guide's name to open statistics about that guide. "Page Views" will give you statistics about the views on a guide's pages/tabs, and "Assets" will give you statistics on what links are being clicked on.
