The MU libraries do not purchase audio books, but you can still find some for free in other ways.
Daniel Boone Regional Library has a collection of audio books, both on CD and downloadable; you can browse their collection from their online catalog. If you don't already have a library card, you can visit their website for more information.
Select a Book or Collection in the drop down menu & search:
Tap "Reference Library (Gale)" to display more dictionaries, etc.
You can find e-books by searching in the MERLIN catalog. Just limit your search to eBooks by using the advanced search option and selecting "e-book" in the "material type" box.
*MU affiliated users cannot access ebooks from other campuses (UMKC, UMSL, Missouri S&T, etc.) due to contract restrictions.

Most of the books on these sites have expired copyrights, so many of the free books are older.
