The Antitrust Division of the DOJ has compiled a helpful list of antitrust statutes.
Federal Trade Commission
The Federal Trade Commission operates with the mission to prevent unfair methods of competition and commerce. In addition to relevant law and pending cases, they also have guides and checklists as well as a tips and advice section for consumers and businesses.
National Consumer Law Center
The NCLC will give you access to pending litigation, current regulations and laws, as well as projects and trainings. They are a NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION with the mission of protecting consumers and are supported by a diverse network of corporations, politicians and consumers.

Politics and the Future of the CFPB

CFPB Statutory Language vs. Vacancy Reform Act
The CFPB was enacted as a result of Dodd Frank and has added more regulation and control for consumers. Most republicans wish to scale the agency down and contend the regulation is unduly burdensome. Most democrats contend it is necessary to prevent businesses from exerting unfair control and advantage over consumers. Recently when Richard Cordoray stepped down, he assumed his Deputy Director would take his place. Trump however appointed a nominee representative of his administration. The battle is currently in Federal Court to determine who the actual leader is. This appointment can have major implications as to whether regulation is increased or dramatically scaled down.
