In case of an emergency, call 882-5000.  DoIT will route the appropriately to ILS and LTS support personnel.

Emergencies are currently defined as follows:

  • Sierra / MERLIN server is down.
  • Site cannot connect to the Sierra / MERLIN server.
  • Transaction File is over 80% of capacity.
  • Number of unprocessed transactions shown in the System Status display is over 1,000 and the number is not decreasing.
