Congressional Research Service Reports

The Congressional Research Service (CRS) is a branch of the Library of Congress devoted to providing Congress with research and objective analysis on legislative issues. CRS Reports do not become public until a member of Congress releases the report. Members of Congress may release reports to the public; in general, CRS does not. There is no one web site that lists all CRS Reports.
