MU libraries employees can use Canva to create graphics.
Graphics
To create a better organized account, each library and department will make use of folders in Canva.
All graphics must have a name and be placed in a folder. Any graphics not following these guidelines will be deleted. Any graphics older than two years and not placed in a folder will be deleted.
Uploaded images: All images must be named, and any images not named will be periodically deleted. Any uploaded images not named and not placed in a folder will be deleted after 1 year
Naming: Make sure you name your graphic in a way that makes it easier for you, and others, to find. You cannot leave the name of your graphic “copy of.” Each graphic needs have an original name and describe what it is.
Branding
MU branded items can be found in the Brand folder. This includes unit signatures, colors, and fonts. If using branded items, you must adhere to Mizzou identity standards.

The Marketing Team will create branded templates for MU Libraries employees to use. If you’d like to create templates for your libraries/departments, please contact the Marketing Team.
