Inforuptcy searches the PACER database for Bankruptcy filings. If they are in the Inforuptcy database already, the searcher has free access to them. If they haven't been downloaded from PACER by another user yet, the searcher will be asked to pay the PACER charge. After that, it will be freely available to future searchers.
