Library Catalogs

Discover@MU functions as our library catalog, listing our inventory of print and online books, as well as other materials. Search by author, title, subject, keyword and then refine your results by using the limiters in the left sidebar. By default the system searches for books at all four UM campuses. Click the request button next to an item from another campus to request that it be sent here, or to request that we pull materials from our collection for you to pick up.

In the right sidebar you'll find links to MOBIUS (many Missouri libraries) and Worldcat (libraries worldwide). You can also request materials be sent from other libraries via these catalogs. Once in MOBIUS, you'll also find a link to Prospector (Colorado libraries.)

NOTE: As of August 24, 2022, the limit to "MU Books" is not functioning correctly. It is more effective to limit by format (books or ebooks) and by location. We hope this will be working correctly soon.

If you want to retrieve one of our books yourself, note the location and the call number, which guide you to the book. This plan shows where call numbers are located. Don't hesitate to ask for help! This can be confusing.
