In the search box, enter hlp=(NAME OF FILM and DIRECTOR). "Hlp" tells Factiva to search in the headline and lead paragraph(s) and is a good way to limit the search.
Factiva defaults to searching the last two years of content. Change the "Date" dropdown below the search box to either "All Dates" or select "Enter date range..." and enter the MM/DD/YYYY for the film and click "Search."

If you selected "All Dates," you can use the date filter in the left margin to restrict to certain months/years by clicking on the bars.

Scroll down again in the left margin, and you can restrict to "Reviews" that mention Get Out and Peele in the headline/lead paragraph.
