Cited reference searching allows you to track the flow of research and identify other scholarly resources that are on the same or similar topic. The Mizzou Libraries offer several resources that will do this (see below). If the sources below don't yield results, try Google Scholar. It's especially good if you're looking for citations to a working paper, a report done for a nonprofit, etc. Google Scholar will also provide cited references to scholarly articles, but it doesn't do it as comprehensively as the titles listed below.

A multidisciplinary resource covering materials from the humanities, sciences and social sciences. Also indexes EMBASE and allows you to locate the most highly cited items and the articles that cite them.
