Ebsco Ebook Mobile App: Tools

You can search for a word or phrase within the ebook,

Tap the Search icon and enter your term(s).

A list of pages on which your search term(s) appear.

• Tap the Contents tab to access the table of contents.
• Swipe with your finger or tap the forward/backward arrows to turn pages.

Add a Bookmark

• Tap the Bookmark icon
• Type in your note
• Click Save

Delete a Bookmark

• Tap the Bookmark icon
  • iOS devices - swipe from the right tot he left on the bookmark and select Delete
  • Android devices - select the bookmark button in the upper right , select "x" for the bookmark(s) to delete and select Save

Wihin the Settings option, you can:

• Adjust the font size
  • EPUB formatted book: Tap the "+" button on the upper right corner until you get to the size you want and tap Save
  • PDF formatted book:  No settings to change; use the pinch zoom technique within the pages
• Change the brightness
• Select your preferred page turn effect
• Lock orientation to portrait or landscape
