AI, or artificial intelligence, is a big topic. There's no way to cover all of it, but I do want to list some quick advice:
1. Don't trust them outright.
Try to remember they don't KNOW anything -- rather, they put characters together in an "autofill" pattern that looks like it could be right.
2. Always be concerned with surveillance and privacy.
AI is storing and learning from information it receives, so do not give away personal information. This is especially true when it comes to patients, and you!!
3. Remember, technology is a tool.
How it is configured and deployed matters. In this, there is no way for you to actively influence their bias, which can put patients at risk.
