Most product types have some sort of professional growers', sellers' and/or retailers' associations. In Google, just search for words like international association plus the type of product you're looking for. If you don't find one for a product, try looking a little broader. For instance, you may not find an international tulip growers association, but if you try a search for international growers association flowers you will find several organizations that might relate to what your'e looking for.
You may also find some websites and organizations that coordinate a list of other organizations. Professional associations often provide information about industry trends, regulations with an impact on the industry, and sometimes directories or other listings of participants in the industry.
