VM-1 & VM-2 Resource Guide

Library resources for first- and second-year veterinary students.

Here's the deal...

There's a lot to say about AI; however I'll keep it short.

1. Don't trust them.

They don't KNOW anything - rather, they put characters together in a pattern that looks like it could be right.

2. Be concerned with surveillance and privacy.

That is, being watched and giving away private information. This is especially true when it comes to patients, and you!!

3. Lastly, remember, technology is a tool.

How it is configured and deployed matters. In this, there is no way for you to actively influence their bias, which can put patients at risk.
