MS Word for Law Students

Active UM System faculty, staff, and students can access Microsoft 365 products for free. You have the choice of using the cloud-based applications or downloading and installing the application on your personal computer. For instructions, click here.

To convert your Google Doc to MS Word:

1. Open the Google Doc.
2. Click “File” at the top left corner.
3. Select “Download” from the dropdown menu.
4. Choose “Microsoft Word (.docx)” from the submenu.
5. Save your file.
