Congressional Research Service (CRS) Reports
The Congressional Research Service (CRS) is a branch of the Library of Congress that provides nonpartisan research to the U.S. Congress on a variety of hot topics. CRS reports have an excellent reputation for clear presentation of essential facts, and for providing fair and even-handed summaries of controversial issues. Despite its connection with the premier library of the United States, the Congressional Research Service does not make its reports available by any sort of public distribution
