The University of Missouri Libraries offers workshops on concepts, skills, and tools that will make you a more confident and capable researcher.
These workshops are open to MU students, faculty, and staff, although we typically require attendees to register ahead of time and often design our presentations with particular audiences in mind. (E.g., new graduate students, Honors College and Undergraduate Research students, new faculty, etc.) In most cases, registrants will have the option of attending workshops in person or viewing presentations live online via Zoom; all workshops presented online will also be recorded and archived on the University Libraries YouTube channel.
Most workshops are now scheduled by request. This guide provides descriptions and archived recordings of our most frequently offered workshops. To request any of these workshops, simply complete a Workshop Request Form. We will review your request, determine a time and location that works for you and the presenters, and schedule and market the event.
Have a different topic in mind? That's OK -- tell us your idea in Workshop Request Form, and we'll work with you to figure out a plan.
