For the carousel post content, include only the image that will be displayed on the carousel.   The image should be 280 by 220 pixels and you can upload it to Wordpress by using the Add Media button.

To make the blog post live:

• Instead of fetching the blog posts every time the page is loaded it will be cached (the same way the carousel works). 
• It will be refreshed at 8:00 am, 12:30 pm, 5:30 pm, and midnight.  
• If you want to refresh, manually clear the cache and load this page in your browser
