Food Revolutions examines our changing notions of healthy eating over two centuries. The materials on view illustrate our ongoing quest for health and our changing relationships with food. The exhibition was originally installed in the Ellis Library Colonnade during March 2012 as part of Food Sense: The 8th Annual Life Sciences and Society Symposium.
From now until the end of May, submit requests for MOBIUS items through the MU Libraries' interlibrary loan (ILL@MU) portal.
All existing MOBIUS loans must be returned by May 17th. No renewals are possible beyond that date. If you need a replacement copy in the meantime, submit an ILL@MU request.
Borrowing from MU and UM System libraries in Discover@MU will not be affected. You can continue to request print resources as usual from MU libraries, MS&T, UMKC, UMSL, and depositories.
